Had dinner at Memphis Smoke with some friends
Attended my fourth and final Birthing Class with the wife
Cleaned the living hell out of my house
Got the call from my best friend; his son was born!

Drove to the top of Michigan.
Drank good beer.
Drove back.

At the top of michigan they reportedly have mountain lions.
If I’m going to be encountering wild cats I don’t intend on being drunk, though of course, it would probably reduce the pain of being bitten in half, somewhat.
Much safer to stay in Royal Oak, where the worst thing that can happen is you end up eating dodgy oysters then being escorted to the leather shop, where you somehow end up as a gimp in some dude’s basement.
On reflection, perhaps the top of michigan is the safer bet.

Dude, given some of the peeps I’ve seen on Davezilla, I’d say pretty much anyplace is safer than Royal Oak!
