on Feb 20th, 2006Coffee is essential

This morning I realized how much I need coffee to get going. I realized that I must be a real pain-in-the-arse to all those I work with who try and interact with me before I’ve had my morning java. I’ll spare you the details as to how I found out, but it was enough to be quite clear.

I, like the many masses, prefer to start my day off with coffee and when I don’t, I (and probably you) can tell I haven’t yet had coffee. Let me apologize in advance, cause if it hasn’t happened yet, one day it might. Now move out of the way, as I need my java.

Right on. I’ve given up (for the most part) red meat and carbonated beverages, but they can pry my morning coffee out of my cold, lethargic hands.

Cold Green Tea for Me, never got a taste for the coffee scene.

Coffee is a basic food group. Omitting it is depriving your body of its essential nutrients: caffeine.
