On the way <em>home</em> from work today I saw a cop throwing gum out his window, except it wouldn't come off his hand and then it just got stuck on the side of his patrol car. Pretty funny. I also saw a lady driving on the highway and putting on mascara. Putting on mascara can be dangerous eben if you are standing still, nonetheless driving at highway speeds.
