Pain in the neck

March 27th, 2006

I hate waking to the feeling of neck pain. Most of us have felt it when we’ve slept wrong. Today, I’ve had just that. I woke up and knew immediately that I’d slept in a strange manner. It’s a great feeling to have that limited range of motion all day. Seems that everyone who wants to speak to you, is on that side. Oh well, maybe tonight I’ll sleep wrong on the other side and even it out.

Stooge Tribute

March 26th, 2006

If you’re a fan of the Three Stooges, here’s a little something that may be of interest. Granted, you have to be in Philly to fully enjoy the event, but no the less, you can read the article and revel in the fact that other people remember the stooge.

Summer Music Festival

March 25th, 2006

Here’s a great music festival I wanted to share. It’ the Intonation Music Festival and it’ll be held in Chicago’s beautiful Union Park on June 24th and 25th.

A complete list of performing acts can be found on the festival site.

Tickets are cheap, but will go fast. A single $20 spot will get you in for one day or you can go both for $35. Not so bad for some great summer music.

If you’re in Chicago during the weekend, stop by and enjoy some great musical acts.

Musical Punishment

March 24th, 2006

It’s really bad when you get that annoying song stuck in your head. At times, the musical gods must be looking down upon us and laughing when we get a song like “I’m Too Sexy” by Right Said Fred stuck in our heads. Maybe worse, some fun-loving, hee-haw, two-steppin, country song by Merle Haggard to haunt you all day long.

What songs haunt your head?
