The News at 37,000 Feet
I’ve written about this little app before, but as of late NetNewsWire has really allowed me to keep up and keep all my marbles at the same time.
I’ve been traveling a little lately and having access to all the feeds on the plane is a great way to pass the time. My strategy for making this work is simple. Don’t read any of my feeds the day before a flight. Right before I board the plane, I hop online and download the latest batch of new feeds.
After the okay to use all portable electronic devices has been given, I read through all the posts from the previous day and any new feeds I pulled down before boarding. I repeat the process for the return trip home.
This method seems to give me a sense of good time management, but anything you can do to pass the travel time, is a plus in my book.
