Spaces

The City Council in Washington D.C is expected to adopt legislation in the coming weeks to increase the number of parking spots available for bicycles.

The act would require both commercial landlords and residential apartment buildings to provide spaces for apartment buildings that have eight or more units and match at least 10% of available automobile parking spaces.

I’m sure cyclists will show tons of support, but let’s see if the council steps up and passes this effort.
