Peeved
One thing that has me peeved about the holidays are the assortment of damaged boxes that arrive at my doorstep. Seems over half of the packages I’ve received thus far have been crushed, opened, wet, or covered in black soot.
I’m not sure what happens during shipping, but I’m beginning to think that packages are being placed on the tops of trucks, strapped to the exhaust pipe, or left under the hood to melt away on the engine block.
Has anyone suffered the same fate this holiday season?

Nope. I lucked out. In fact, the UPS guy went so far as to hide packages by the back door so passersby wouldn’t be tempted to steal them.
Have you tried calling the local UPS or USPS and complaining?
