No trust in the fisherman
Here’s some advice. The next time it’s late and you’re in the supermarket looking for a quick meal, avoid the Gorton’s fish line of products.
I attempted to cook (if you call heating frozen food cooking) the frozen fillets that featured the potato crust. My, what a mistake. The smell was horrible while it was cooking and the taste was even worse.
I can remember eating frozen fish sticks as a kid, with a much higher success rate, or was it the fact that as a kid, you don’t know the difference. Either way, think twice about Gorton’s and now I think a lot more about their tagline “Trust the Gorton’s fisherman”.

Oh yeah I remember trying those Gorton products when I lived in Toledo - yuck. Its the aquatic version of KFC - where you’re basically buying ‘mystery fish’ packaged in artificial crap. Avoid at all costs.
