We love your feedback

I’ve been a huge fan of Patagonia products for some time now. I’ve learned that spending a little more in the beginning can save you time, money and frustration in the end when you’ve beaten the living hell out of a product and it keeps up. Bring in Patagonia products.

Over at The Cleanest Line, the Patagonia blog, they’ve posted an excellent article discussing how they handle product feedback on a product. It’s good to see that not only do they listen to users concerns, but they even take the time to write blog posts outlining the process and even show you the changes, based on feedback, incorporated into new versions of their products.

I’ve recently been considering the product being discussed, so it’s nice to see all the feedback and improvements that have gone into making this product the best it can be.

It’s great to see articles and companies like this who aren’t afraid to step out there and share the process with the consumer and openly acknowledge customer feedback. Patagonia, keep up the good work.

    I can say I’m the proud owner of two Timbuk2 bags, the small and large messenger. I was looking for something in between the two sizes and the Patagonia one fit the bill at the time. I’m still shopping, so feel free to offer other suggestions.
